- STRATEGY
- As a new business, we are focusing on wired and wireless integrated solutions and call center solutions.
- Reflecting the market situation in which smart phones account for a large portion of the company's business, IPG UCS, a fixed-mobile convergence solution, is being promoted as a core product for existing corporate clients and new and emerging corporate clients.
- IPG CCS (IP-PBX) supports international standard CTI interworking and building a medium-large call center with small-scale All-IN-ONE solutions and standalone products such as CTI, IVR, Recording.
