Introduction
ETMS (Enterprise Terminal Management) is a system which supports the remote configuration and state management function of numbers of IP terminals installed within the company network which introduced IP-PBX, and it provides the functions to monitor and manage the status of faults in IP terminals which have been already registered as well as to manage the automatic communication opening of early installed IP terminals.
IPAGEON’s IPG ETMS provides the function to remotely change the configuration information of IP terminals which have been registered or upgrade firmware, so it facilitates to manage the function or version of IP terminals ranging from hundreds of units to thousands of units, and enables to provide better quality of telephone service in customers along with the easy management of IP terminals by providing collecting the information from IP terminals with bad sound quality and reporting it to the administrator.

- Total management of device information
- This system provides the function for total management or monitoring of user info, firmware info, configuration info, status info, etc of IP telephones installed in the company network.

- Management of device automatic opening
- This system supports automatic opening function which enables first-installed IP telephone to download the required configuration information from the network when it is Power On at the starting stage, and to automatically configure and enables customer to use telephone service, therefore it is easy to manage device opening.

- Monitoring fault status of device
- This system supports the efficient operation management of company network by monitoring Power ON/OFF, registration in VoIP network, fault, etc of telephones being used and reporting them to administrator.

- Monitoring sound quality of device
- If the sound quality of telephone is less than a certain level, this system helps improve the quality of user service by collecting the information of the relevant telephone and reporting it to the administrator.

- GUI-based operating environment
- It is provided with GUI-based system operation management function, therefore it is easy for administrator to operate and manage the system.
