IPG EABG
Introduction
IPG EABG (Enterprise Access Boarder Gateway) is a business purpose SBC (Session Boarder Controller) system which provides stability and security to the VoIP service for enterprise and public institution. It is a useful system for setting up the integrated IP telephony solution without building high-costly dedicated network between head office and small-sized branch offices and local branches according to various company organization and geometrical environment.
Through IPAGEON’s IPG EABG system, a company can use all IP Telephony services used by personnel in head office as well as using intercommunication services without additional cost irrespective of network structure condition between head office and branch offices and local branches, i.e. by interworking all IP phones using both public IP address and private IP address with IP exchange system of head office.
Also, IPG EABG is positioned between security system such as firewall, etc and IP exchanger (IP-PBX) in the company and provides the safety and security for internal IP Telephony system and services against the outside attack. This system fundamentally blocks the attack from the outside by cutting off or filtering all other traffics except the connection from communication provider and permitted outside IP phones.
