Introduction

CAS (Call log Analysis System) is a system which supports for more efficient operation and management of VoIP network by collecting the Call log information cyclically, and storing and managing it in DB, then providing the Call log search results with various conditions required to operate and analyze the stored Call log, as a result, by providing the various kinds of traffic statistics or progress information which facilitates the understanding of the status of traffic in network.

IPAGEON’s IPG CAS is a system which provides an useful information to monitor at real time or predict the fault in the VoIP network, then to eliminate the cause of the fault or establish the appropriate network extension plan, and therefore it is essential for setting up and operate the most efficient and steadiest network as possible at the lowest investment cost.

  • Provides total monitoring screen
    This system provides total monitoring screen which can see the traffic status in the network at a look and displays the traffic statistics by call processing system, system error statistics, traffic statistics by OGN, etc through real time call log statistics monitoring.
  • Displays detailed traffic statistics by system
    This system provides the detailed traffic statistics of each system for easy monitoring of traffic status of given system, and it displays the total traffic statistics, incoming traffic statistics, outgoing traffic statistics, traffic statistics by OGN, etc.
  • Displays traffic statistics of specific route group
    This system generates the specific route group in which operate has the interest by projects and can manage them, generates and displays the separate traffic statistics for each project, so it is easy to monitor and manage the specific route group.
  • Displays traffic statistics by certain types
    This system provides useful information to predict the network fault or establish the plan to increase appropriate more network by displaying the traffic statistics according to various types such as by projects/traffic types/protocols/routes, etc.
  • Provided with operator alarm function as per preset condition
    If the result of generation and monitoring of traffic statistics meets the specific condition which was preset by operator, this system prevents the possible problems by giving the visible/audible alarm or notifying it to the operator by SMS, e-mail, etc.

    Because the call log can be searched with various conditions such as call types, error codes, incoming or outgoing routes, etc, this system facilitates the operation and management of network such as call tracking, analysis on the cause of fault, etc.

    This system can early stops the unauthorized use of phone network by detecting the unauthorized international call or not, and by notifying it to the operator through the monitoring and comparative analysis of incoming traffic statistics for company subscribers.
