Introduction

TMS (Terminal Management) is a system which supports the remote configuration and state management function, and it provides the function to monitor and manage the state of AP which has been already registered as well as to manage the automatic communication opening of devices in early subscribers.

IPAGEONON’s IPG TMS system provides functions to remotely change the configured information of subscribers which has been registered or to upgrade the firmware, therefore it facilitates to manage the functions or versions for more than hundreds of thousands of subscribers’ devices, and it provides the function collecting the information of devices with bad sound quality and reporting them to operator. Therefore, this system is easy to manage subscribers’ devices and can also provide better quality telephone service to the customers.

  • Management of device automatic opening
    It is easy to manage device communication opening because device which has been installed in the customer downloads the configured information needed from network when it is Power ON at the starting stage, and configures it automatically, and it supports the automatic communication opening function which enables to use internet service immediately.
  • Monitoring fault status of device
    This system supports the efficient operation management of telephone network by monitoring Power ON/OFF, registration in the internet telephony network, fault, etc of telephones in the customer and reporting them to administrator.
  • Monitoring sound quality of device
    If the sound quality of telephone is less than a certain level, this system helps improve the quality of user service by collecting the information of the relevant telephone and reporting it to the operator.
  • Flexible system extendability
    One set of system can manage AP not less than 100,000 units and can manage AP up to 600,000 units just by building more H/W, therefore the early investment cost is low and it allows for reasonable investment according to the increase in subscribers.
  • GUI-based operational environment
    It is provided with GUI-based system operating management function, which enables operator to operate and manage the system easily and conveniently.
